Engaging and Supporting Small and Diverse Businesses

California High Speed Partners (CHSP) is dedicated to opening doors and creating real opportunities for small and diverse businesses to be part of this historic statewide project.

We actively support our Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business (MB), and Microbusiness program by connecting with potential partners early and often. Through outreach events, informational sessions and one-on-one engagement, CHSP works to make upcoming opportunities clear and accessible.

Firms are encouraged to explore certification, share their capabilities, and stay connected through vendor databases and ongoing communications. With support from community-based and small business organizations, these programs help build lasting relationships and position businesses for success on the CAHSR project.
